It was a pleasure to photograph this wedding in Casa de los Bates. This is the story of the newlyweds.
Laura and Peter first met at a tennis camp when they were only ten! But they only got together many years later after a big group of friends went on a holiday to Ibiza together!
And so a few years later Peter proposed in Ibiza! He surprised Laura with a trip! Took her to the airport not letting her know where they were going to! He proposed in the exact place where they first kissed, Cala Comte, a beautiful beach with turquoise water…
They knew they wanted to get married in Spain as it was such a significant place in their love story and they had so many great memories there. Their ceremony took place in the beautiful church in a wonderful all white village of Frigiliana and all of their family & friends travelled all the way to celebrate with them!
It was an epic day!
After the ceremony the guests made their way to Casa de los Bates with its beautiful gardens where waiters were waiting for them with delicious canapés and cool refreshing drinks. After I took some family images and the portraits of Laura and Peter the wedding party sat down for dinner. There were some very emotional speeches before the dinner was served and the sun was setting same time the dinner was being served.
This fantastic day finished in the evening marquee where all the guests were showing off the best moves on the dance floor. It was a great pleasure to be a part of Laura and Peter’s special day! All the bet to you two!!!
